The county is kind of wishy washy. There is a lot of land that the county in Texas I am from has been sitting on. Some folks have not paid taxes for twenty years. There must be some way to shake off those liens otherwise the properties are being held hostage. You know counties expenses just keep on. Another question I have if you know it is if you bought a piece of property and it had a lien on it could the lien holders come after your assets. Thanks J.C. If you go to the website, there is usually a link that states tax sales or something similiar. You should be able to drill down into the link and get the properties that are scheduled to auction.
