   My second* favorite sweet(tm) “flipping” resource(tm), IAFF, is no more–for the second time. I don’t know how I’ll survive.

   Maybe you could say a few words regarding your thoughts on the disaster that was IAFF, and how that fiasco affects flipping and real estate in general, in a future ’slow news day’ post.
