Austin House = Closed

Have to say that it’s a lot more fun being on the selling side when it comes time to make the trip to the title company for closing. We were in and out of there in about fifteen minutes, with lots of cash monies wired into our account by the end of the day.
This one may have spoiled me, though, as far as being abnormally easy. Probably shouldn’t expect to have future houses under contract within a week, and closing finished and done within three weeks or so of listing the property. Err, scratch “probably” and replace with “definitely”, even.
Off to Vegas for a well-deserved vacation, then back to the toiling on Sunday, for the last mad dash to get the Main St. house done and listed.
