It's clear the prior renovations were to enclose that part of the house; what a pain to try to undo that! I bet you could stage it to make the entrance a transitional area and the far end something else. I do admit to getting lost in the explanation of what is where, although you did do a great job with graphics and description, I'm "just a girl" and don't do really well with spatial stuff via pictures - I need to see it in person! Remember Rehab 101 (not that I know what I'm talking about!! ;) Do not over-spend in one area!!! Well, maybe that's not a real rule but don't you think it's a good one?
