		<description>If I were you, I&#039;d leave the big wall up.  It&#039;s clear the prior renovations were to enclose that part of the house; what a pain to try to undo that!  I bet you could stage it to make the entrance a transitional area and the far end something else.  I do admit to getting lost in the explanation of what is where, although you did do a great job with graphics and description, I&#039;m &quot;just a girl&quot; and don&#039;t do really well with spatial stuff via pictures -  I need to see it in person! Remember Rehab 101 (not that I know what I&#039;m talking about!! ;) Do not over-spend in one area!!! Well, maybe that&#039;s not a real rule but don&#039;t you think it&#039;s a good one?  House #2 seems really nice, and it sounds as if you have a fairly good prospect lurking around!  Get&#039;R done!</description>
