Lo and Behold, Actual Photos of House #2
April 14, 2008 |
So I finally managed to take many photos of House #2, and finally managed to get an image gallery management plugin up and running. There are still some kinks to work out but I thought I’d go ahead and get some photos up, as far as Before photos and After photos of House #2.
Not the best way to view it, I know, but I just don’t have the time to do the extra Wow! thing and place them side by side, so this’ll have to suffice for now for those curious about real proof of the beast of a project that’s kept me busy for months.

Very, very impressive! It’s always nice to have before/after photos so you can see what you accomplished.
Wonderful attention to detail~ Great Job~!
I’d call that more of a rehab than a flip. So many of the TV “Flippers” seem to think that fresh paint is all it takes.
It looks very nice, did you do all the tile yourself?
Wow! You are most certainly talented. Thanks for pictures. I now have a much better appreciation of what you’ve been up to with these houses. It’s obvious that this is not just a money making scheme, but a passion. Very Impressive Work!
Everything looks great! But, you might run into problems with the pendulum lights above the kitchen sink. I’m not sure what your building codes are there. But, if they’re similar to here, an inspector representing a buyer may cause problems, saying that the fixtures should be an enclosed type rather than open. That’s minor, though. You could just replace them with one of those florescent fixtures and be done with it if they complain.
Inspectors scare me to death when I’m selling. They’re so very talented at ruining deals.
Your tile jobs look really good!
