		<description>Everything looks great!  But, you might run into problems with the pendulum lights above the kitchen sink.  I&#039;m not sure what your building codes are there.  But, if they&#039;re similar to here, an inspector representing a buyer may cause problems, saying that the fixtures should be an enclosed type rather than open.  That&#039;s minor, though.  You could just replace them with one of those florescent fixtures and be done with it if they complain.

Inspectors scare me to death when I&#039;m selling.  They&#039;re so very talented at ruining deals.
