Banking locally, what a concept. I got a line of credit (online – out of state bank) using my primary residence as collateral to finance my first investment. I’m in the process of selling my primary and moving into the investment property (a tax thing). I’ll have to start from scratch on financing fro my next project. I’ll definitely talk with a local banker using your information as a template.

This is just the kick in the pants I needed to head over to the local bank and have a talk. Funny, I just posted yesterday about passing on a really good deal that needed many repairs because of financing issues.
