Sorry to hear that you’re feeling worn out by real estate. Have you considered some other real estate investing strategies other than continuing with rehab flips? Maybe you just need a change of pace?

It was interesting to read about the website flipping. Wouldn’t those sites do a lot better if they integrated a related affiliate product to sell from clickbank or something? Then they wouldn’t rely onlin on the Adsense revenues? I guess that’s the type of thing the end buyer may do after you’ve flipped it to them :-)
