Flip Thy House is pretty much exactly what it sounds like: a practical guide to flipping houses for profit.

You’ll get a no-holds barred look into the entire process as I flip houses, from beginning to end, with all of the details (both good and bad) on display for the whole world to see. Unlike many sites, I’m not selling books or infomercials or videos or any sort of crap like that.

The purpose of this site isn’t to make me rich. It’s to give myself both a log of my experience in flipping houses as well as a framework and transparent means of setting goals. Over time the focus here has morphed somewhat, as I’m currently focusing more on acquiring rental properties, and who knows what the future will hold. Rest assured, though, that the content will remain real estate focused, whether it’s for flipping a house or rental properties.

I’m also an information-holic, so I’ll be adding some articles and additional related information here, as far as practical advice for anyone involved in house flipping, including loans, tax considerations, and other potentially useful stuff, as well as individual guides to assorted projects that I bang out while fixing up houses.
